Absolutely! Based on your art and your budget, we will recommend the correct pin type, size, attachments, and packaging. We are experts at this and we will guide you with honest answers and opinions on every step of the way.
2. Why should we use PinOutlet to make our pins?
We produce the highest quality hand crafted custom pins on the planet. We sell them at affordable prices. No one sells pins at better prices than PinOutlet, Nobody!
We care about your satisfaction. Your first order with us is considered a privilege and we will never take your business for granted. We will do everything we can to make you happy!
3. I don't have artwork but I have an idea. Can you do the artwork for me?
No problem! We'll take your artwork in any format and convert it to manufacturing-ready artwork. Email your electronic artwork to us at sales@PinOutlet.com. Or, fax your paper artwork to us.
4. How long does it take to make a pin?
There are many factors that affect the time to make your lapel pin. If your pin has many colors, sandblasted areas, or printing on hard enamel, the turnaround time could be three weeks. Our factory may be very busy during trading pin season with many orders placed prior to yours. It's not always possible for us to prioritize every order. We've sent orders to our factory and had the pins delivered in less than a week. Normally, our pins will be delivered within 14 calendar days.
5. What about trademarks and licenses?
We do not make pins with licensed marks unless you have the license. You will need to furnish proof that you have the right to use a trademarked logo or artwork. You agree to hold us harmless and free from any liability.
6. I don't see what I'm looking for. Is everything you make on this web site?
No. The pins featured on our website are only a few samples of our work. We are limited only by your imagination!
7. What file types do you like for art?
We prefer files that are vector-based. Generally, these are file with extensions tf, .eps, .psd, and ai. We utilize Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, but are able to access most types of artwork files. If you send us vector-based graphics, we can quickly and easily manipulate your files to create pin, coin, badge, or medallion designs.
8. What if there is a problem with my order?
No worries. We stand behind what we sell. If there are manufacturing errors, we'll fix them at our expense. Most errors are caught before we ship your pins to you. In the rare case a production errors slips by us, we'll replace all of the defective pins at no cost to you.
9. I don't need custom pins. I want to buy off-the-shelf pins. Where should I look? (Corporate Pin Buyers Beware!)
We strictly produce custom handcrafted pins for our clients and sell no stock pins. This is a concern for many corporate clients who are not told up front that many of the pin companies on the internet also operate stock pin sites. This creates the problem that someone who has not earned the privilege of wearing your licensed, trademarked, or proprietary logo can purchase it from a third party. Although we reserve the right to produce and keep a small number of the pins we produce as samples for our advertising and sales purposes, we never sell your pieces to anyone. NEVER!
