Silk screen printed pins are utilized when the pin must be created down to the smallest detail. There are no plating separation lines on this pin style; they are actually small little pieces of artwork utilizing solid printed colors to form the pin image. There are two options for making the pin face in that the image can extend all the way to the pin edge (Full Bleed) or can stop short of metal plating surrounding the pins border. The silk screened colors are fully Pantone Color matched, and if the pin does have metal plating on the border, a high polished gold or silver is usually utilized.

Once each of the colors has been printed onto the pin face, the pin is inspected for quality and accuracy, and then is packaged and shipped to you Via UPS Priority Overnight delivery.
