Epola Cloisonne lapel pins are at the top of the food chain in the custom lapel pin industry, with a smooth glass finish and rich, deep colors. We start with a solid copper base casting that is thick as a quarter. Colored enamel is placed accordingly in the valleys to develop the image. Then a glass bead powder is placed into the recessed areas of the pin until flush and fired at 1600 degrees. The custom pins are then plated in a high polished gold, silver, or black metal nickel and polished until smooth.

Once plated, your lapel pins are hand inspected for quality and finish accuracy by our manufacturing team. Your completed Epola Cloisonné pins are then packaged and shipped directly to you Via UPS Priority Overnight delivery service.
